The Activity Records tab selects this form which allows you to enter Activities by date and Activity Codes, Retreat Number, Donation Amounts and Check Number. The Activity Code can be selected from a drop down box containing all of the different Activities that you have set up. Double clicking on the box will open the “Donation/Retreat Codes” Form.
The Memorials Tab selects this form which allows the user to enter Memorial information for the current Retreatant’s records.
This screen displays the Pledges Form. All of the information necessary to maintain Pledge amounts, payments and balances can be kept with the Retreatant’s records by using this form. Pledge statements may be created, printed and mailed by using the Report Generator.
This screen displays the Groups Tab. This sub form displays the different groups that the Retreatant belongs to.
To Add or Edit a Group the user must use the Groups Form by clicking on the Groups button at the right. This will take you to the Groups Form and when you close the Groups Form you are returned back to the Groups Tab.
The Groups form is used to add or edit the different groups that work with the Retreat House.
The Room Maintenance screen allows you to maintain a database of the rooms and their contents. The user can search for a room with a double bed, handicap facilities, etc.
The Room Reservations screen allows you to take care of all the reservation schedules. Retreatants and guests can be scheduled for any room for months ahead of time. Deposits can be collected and recorded and reports printed showing all of the Room Schedules for any Retreat.
