Selecting the [Reports & Labels] button on the Main Menu opens the Report Selection Screen. This is a powerful Report Generator that allows the user to print reports using various criteria that are in the Retreatant’s records.
Each Report gives the user the option to print the report, print mailing labels or both. Certain reports can be used to send an Email to everyone on the report. Custom reports can be generated to handle special needs of each organization.
The following reports are just a few of the many reports available from the Reports system. Additional custom reports can be created for any desired criteria.
Prints Statement of pledges and payments with amounts due now. Select by range of dates and/or members. Only prints statements for pledges that are due.
The Pledge Summary Report prints details of all Donations, Pledges and Pledge payments by range of dates for the Member or Retreatant selected.
The Retreatant History report lists all donations by range of dates for any selected Retreatant.
The Retreatants by Retreat Date report lists all retreatants that attended a Retreat by range of dates.
The Monthly Donation Summary lists a total of donation amounts per month for the range of dates selected.
