  1. Overview of the Customers System

Enter detailed information about customers which can be used to create Sales Orders, Credit Memos, and Invoices. Allows you to select Customers from the Purchase Order form for drop shipping purposes. Sold to Address and a Ship to Address to allow a Bill-to Customer to have many different Ship-to Customers.  Gives basic information on customers as well as additional information including delivery, sales and payment options, and finance charges information. Even view any customers sales history.

  1. Display Company Schedule

Allows you to enter various activities and appointments for employees in your company. You can set appointments, short notes, and icons to designate important events.

  1. Assess Finance Charges

Allows you to enter default finance charge information for your customer. This function will create Finance Charge invoices for any customers you have selected to asses finance charges against over due balances. Also has the capabilities to setup one default charge for all your customers or setup finance charge percentages for each of your customers. You can also use this form to view all outstanding balances and select to have charges applied to all invoices or only the ones selected.

  1. Receive Payments

Lets you view all unpaid invoices for each customer. Each unpaid invoice including the total invoice amount, amount previously paid and outstanding balance. You can enter a customer's payment for more than one invoice and allocate the payment any way you decide. Credit Memos that you create in the Sales System will also be displayed in the Visual Receipts form to allow you to apply them to your customers outstanding Invoices, if desired.

  1. Manage Receivables

This function assist you in managing current and past due customer invoices. You enter an aging date for a selected time period to view all outstanding invoices that are current, over 30, over 60, over 90 and over 120 days over due. You can also print out the entire aging report or separate statements for each customer.

  1. Print Statements

This function allows you to print out statements for one or all customers. Also have the ability to set statements preferences that will filter out customers that meet the criteria entered. You can also have a Dunning Message printed out on all statements.
