Overview of the Invoice

When you open the Invoice form, it will display the last record in the table sorted by the Invoice Number field. You can use the standard Microsoft Access record movement keys to view other records, or you can use the navigational buttons at the bottom of the form to move from record to record. The intelligent push buttons in the form footer area at the bottom of the form make it easy to perform many tasks such as....

  • Add a new Invoice
  • Delete Unwanted or Obsolete Invoice
  • Find an Existing Invoice
  • Print Invoices or Reports
  • Move to the Top or Bottom of the Invoice
  • Post or Unpost an Invoice
  • Duplicate an Invoice
  • Exit the Form

The Invoice form is very important because the information contained within this form is used to generate all of the accounts receivable and income statement reports.

The Invoice can be customized to fit any type of business.
