Overview of the Quotation Form The Quotation Form is similar to the Invoice form and uses existing Customers, inventory items and prices. It does not affect the General Ledger or the Inventory however. Customers may be added to the system from this form as well as inventory items. The quotations are saved and may be edited or changed at a later date. An Invoice or Sales Order may be created from a Quotation. When this happens the Inventory and the General Ledger is impacted. The Quotation can be printed, faxed or e-mailed to your customer by clicking the Print button. |
